- No — there’s no annual commitment.
- Yes, absolutely.
- Yes. We’ll update your plan within 12 working hours.
- If you exceed your quota, you’ll be charged for overages at the rates listed in the Overages section. If your current plan’s total (base price + overages) exceeds the next-largest plan, we’ll automatically move you to the next plan so you pay the lower amount.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. Monthly invoices are sent through Stripe, and you can pay using any of the supported payment methods.
- None at all.
- Some trading partners require testing through their preferred EDI providers, such as SPS Commerce, or may ask you to use a VAN. In these cases, the requirement comes directly from the trading partner, and Zenbridge has no control over these policies.
